The new Din Tai Fung at University Village in Seattle WA recently began construction. The new UV location will be an expanded footprint complete with a show kitchen and built to the brand’s latest prototype, opening winter ’26.

Relocating the existing restaurant within the University Village shopping center, the new Din Tai Fung will be more than 3 times the footprint of the existing store.
